You can find the option in the Design tab for the WP bakery page builder to remove the white space.

Please go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Edit the page with Wp- Bakery Page Builder, edit the row. In the design options set “padding-bottom.”

Your issue has been resolved.
To apply the fix, go to Pages > Edit Home Page using WP Bakery. Then:
1. Edit the HTML Code Element.
2. Edit the Row Settings.
3. In the Design Options, set the margin accordingly.
Check back your site and check the issue.
