Payments failure

    Hi!

    Since long time ago my client is having trouble in his webshop with payments. They are using Stripe.
    The problem is that, sometimes, when the buyer add his card in the checkout, the website reloads and you can for a short time see an error message on the top of the page but the page inmedialtely reloads, now the placeholder of the card is slightly different.
    Some clients abandond the shop as they think its a fraud going on and some clients do reenter the card and the payment gets through and everything is ok.
    But of course, this is not a good way. I have been in touch with Stripe and woo and they now have seem to found the error in your theme.
    I enclose the messsage and screenshots from them. I hope you can help me to solve this matter.

    Hello,

    To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

    Hello!
    I have now tested with WP default theme and I had no problem with payment. I tested from 2 different webbrowsers.
    Can you keep digging to see if you find the problem?

    In this case, please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and send us your admin access so we can investigate this.

    That is a big problem as the webshop is live… can we set up a staging site instead?
