Website is too slow after activating woodmart theme – URGENT HELP NEEDED

After activating your theme, I noticed that the homepage and other pages are taking significantly longer to load. Additionally, Google PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix are unable to access the site due to performance issues.

There are only a few plugins installed, yet the site is experiencing slow loading times. Please investigate the cause of this issue and provide a solution.

Hi

yes on default theme, loading fast compare to your themes. On home page there were too much request i can see in network tab.

Recently just added lit speed plugin but that plugin also not working. I have already shared login access with you.

Please check and fix why its taking more time to load.

Hello,

Your server is not stable because on the default theme, we can see loading around 4s: https://prnt.sc/n3JO5I5M6mdk, it’s not normal for the default theme, the default theme should be loaded around 1s.

So I suggest you contact with your server for further solutions.

but 4 second too fast for us but when we activate your theme it will take more than 2 min.

You mentioned from server side issues but what exactly issues from the server side. All other sites with other theme loading fine for us.

Please advice in right direction.

i have added WP SUPER CACHE but still loading too slow more than 2 min.

You should check properly please which resource taking more time.

If i do test shop page its showing fine report on GTMATRIX: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/mbrock.co.uk/340yKJ5K/

That means something really creating an issues on Home page.

I have given more ideas now please help to fix it.

Hello,

When we checked your site, we see that the main pressure gives content that is displayed on the page. On a default theme you have no category nor products on this page attending, so we checked the speed of loading in the admin and we see that on a default theme https://monosnap.com/file/rCqfeiZ0kWxAHLL0G6bF4t8EQYhunN and ours https://monosnap.com/file/hZqFRN4fQ2zvriZqK1IblZo0s1WNiS indicators are almost the same. In this case, we recommend changing the server or reducing the number of products and categories.
