404 Error on Checkout Page Instead of “successful purchase”
-
When I place an order on my online store, during Checkout, after clicking the payment button, instead of showing a “successful purchase” message, a 404 error page appears with the message:
“This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it?”
It’s worth mentioning that the issue is not related to Permalinks, and the Checkout URL in WooCommerce is correct.
I’ve attached screenshots for reference. I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue.
Thank you!

Hello,
Thank you so much for contacting our support center.
To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
Regards
I switched to a default WordPress theme as suggested, but the issue still persists with the same 404 error.
I’d really appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this.
Thank you!
Sorry, but it seems to be not related to the theme. Try to disable all plugins one by one to find which one causes this issue.
The issue is caused by the Elementor plugin. Is there a way to redirect the “Thank You” page from Elementor to Woodmart?
In this case, you need to refer to the plugin’s documentation, check its settings or contact plugin’s developers for help. Unfortunately, we don’t have a workaround for this.
