Hello, I have converted my store to Woodmart and now I have a problem with loading Elementor and other settings in WordPress.

When I want to edit something with Elementor, Elementor does not load. I can start the editor so that I can see the containers etc., but the element settings do not load (see screenshot). I have already waited over 30 minutes, but it does not load on its own. I have found a workaround by opening the website settings and then exiting them again. Then I can edit everything normally. It’s just a bit annoying to work like this in the long run.

I also can’t edit the widgets, so I can’t create an individual shop sidebar.

Where could the issue be coming from? Thank you very much!

    Hi noahberg.de,

    Thanks for details.

    – You need to increase PHP max input vars parameter on your server to 10000 and test how it works. You can ask your hosting provider for help on this matter. https://ibb.co/C3nH0mzG

    – You should deactivate all plugins (except WoodMart Core, Elementor and WooCommerce Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    Regards,
