Home page broke and procuct page doens't work after update.

    Hi,

    After the last update of Woodmart the home page are almost all blank and it’s impossible to add a product in the cart. Seems that the JS doesn’t work.

    Please have a look at the console: http://prntscr.com/jxam4e we see error 500

    500 Internal Error says about some issue on the server and can be caused by different things. Anyway, to understand its nature you need to see your server error logs or enable PHP error display on the website. If you can’t do this, you need to contact your hosting provider for help in this question.     I checked with the host service and they showed that the error isn’t with them.

    Try to remove the latest version of the WPBakery plugin and install the stable one via Appearance -> Install plugins.

    There is a delay between Woodmart theme update and WPBakery update.

    So, I assigned the WPBakery to avoid this kind of problem. :-/

    How can I know with one is stable???

    The one that comes with our theme is a stable version. We will release a new update tonight.

    Inslaling a old version of WP Backery solved the problem.

    I bought a license of WP Backery.

    What do you suggest when updating to avoid this kind of problem?

    Hello,

    Starting from Monday we release the new version where all these issues are fixed. Such a case often happen when WP Bakery updates their plugin and may conflict either with a theme or with WordPress. We keep on this and try to fix this asap
