    How are you?
    I encountered a problem. I added an additional category description under the product category on the homepage. Every time I enter this category from the homepage, I click the View More button but the content cannot be opened.
    Steps:
    1. You must enter the webpage from the homepage, click the classified product, and then click the View More button of the additional description of this product category. The Collapsible content cannot be opened.

    Your issue has been resolved. I have created the new read more section on your site in the HTML Block of this category and it is working fine. Check back your site and check the settings.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site here so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Hello,

    You need to increase PHP max input vars parameter on your server to 10000 and test how it works. You can ask your hosting provider for help on this matter.

    Also, Please disable CDN temporarily and clear the server cache and check the issue.
