icons load after 10 seconds

    i have mentioned website url in : private content. when you open website in private window[ sometimes in normal window also ] , the icons next to Login/Register or My account will not load for almost 10 seconds. the icons will load after 10 seconds : https://jumpshare.com/v/xB4j7eX4dkYCXe5zta9V , it should load immediately, please help us for this.
