Yearly subscription check

    Hi

    My subscription (all themes) is automatically renewed annually.
    But as there was a delay last year, please check if everything is fine.
    I changed my payment method and I have already paid but the payment has not yet been recorded in My Account, and the payment is still scheduled to be made in a few days.
    Please check the status and correct if necessary.

    Yes, I see the payment. But the problem is the same as last year: the payment has not been synchronized with the subscription for some reason. I will do this manually when needed. It happens with this subscription only.
    So don’t worry, I will do this manually every year.

    If you want, we can cancel this subscription and create a new one. We can do this now and refund the amount or when this subscription is over next year.

    Please check the status of my annual subscription for: All themes plan – Unlimited sites license
    It says active, but also: Next payment -> date March 11 2025.
    But it’s already paid for another year.

    Like last year, I was automatically charged for the annual subscription [XTEMOSSTUD] 1x All themes – unlimited sites this year, but the subscription renewal is not visible in my account under Subscriptions. It says that Next payment In 3 days Via Paddle follows.
    The amount was already charged on 22.2.2026, I am adding the paddle transaction ID below.
    Please check and correct the status of my subscription and payments.

    No worries, just ignore that information. Your subscription payments are handled by Paddle. I will just keep your downloads access active after these payments. The information in the account may not be valid.

    Of course, I will cancel the old subscription and provide you with a refund for the last extension. You will be able to sign up for the same subscription under the same conditions. Just let me know if you are fine with that, and I will start.
    Note that you will need to reactivate the themes on your website with a new license key.
