Import the demo on the staging site and you can copy or export the desired sections to the live site. or other content types without affecting the live site.

Compared to your answer, the method of going through a development site would be better for me, however I will have to activate the theme on WordPress, and import the desired demo, but my license can only activate one site, what should I do?

You can activate the license twice: on your live and staging domain for one and the same site.
When you install the theme on the staging domain, you can see an appropriate checkbox that says that installation on that domain is related to the dev site, so you need to select that checkbox and apply the license key.
If you want to replace the footer of the Mega Electronics demo. Since the demo footer is created using an HTML Block, you can either:
Navigate to Theme Settings > Footer > check the Footer HTML Block
Create a new footer HTML Block or edit existing one.
Import a footer available template from the Theme Templates Library and customize it as needed.
