    1. How can I hide one category from the menu view? Please check the screenshot (https://ibb.co/hRfRZVcf).
    I don’t want two menus to appear in the mobile view.

    2. Infinite scrolling is enabled in the admin panel, (https://ibb.co/HTRcCMFN) but the Load More Products button is still appearing on this page https://eazygrab.com/category/personalcare/ check the screenshot for your reference – https://ibb.co/pvntsRnC.
    Please check the issue and advise on how to fix it.

    Hello,

    01. In order to remove the “Categories” tab from the mobile menu, navigate to WoodMart -> Header builder -> Mobile layout -> edit the “Mobile menu” element and in the “Show/Hide” tab uncheck the “Show categories menu” option.

    02. Maybe you are using Custom WooCommerce Builder layouts, which is part of WooCommerce Builder from WoodMart.

    Please let me know how to edit the banner size, as the image is getting stretched and not displaying properly. I need to align it correctly, ensuring that the banner appears in full width on mobile, desktop, and all screen sizes. Please suggest a solution for this.

    Navigate to Theme Settings > Page title > Page title size > Set the background position. These settings will be used for all page titles: https://ibb.co/1Y6SSpgT

    The issue is still not resolved because the banner height is set to 200px, but it is taking 400px, causing the image to stretch. Could you check in the admin panel to see why this is happening and why the image is being stretched?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Please check the changes you have made, as the home page banner alignment has been affected. It was working properly before. Additionally, the inner page banner is getting stretched. I haven’t made any changes. Kindly check the screenshot and assist me.

    Hello,

    The issue with your homepage slides has been resolved. The problem was related to the top container margin in Elementor. To adjust this, navigate to Pages > Edit Page with Elementor > Edit the top container, and set the top margin in the Advanced tab.

    Regarding the shop page title background, the image is not stretched because it follows the set page title size. To adjust this, navigate to Theme Settings > Page Title and select the “Small” page title size.
