    My Instegram gifs me that it doesn’t return any images .. please watch my page.

    Hello,

    Your Instagram account is empty https://www.instagram.com/GiftsBuzz/

    As soon as your account has images they will appear on your site.

    I activated the main plugins for the website that you have paused .. then the images disappeared .. does instegram element has conflict with other plugins ..

    Hello,

    Please check this both accounts and make sure you have added the proper nickname https://www.instagram.com/GiftsBuzz/ and https://www.instagram.com/GiftsBuzzz/

    It may conflict with other plugins but usually works well.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and make the changes on the page, check.
    In order to distinguish which plugins relate to the theme and which do not, deactivate them all and then navigate to Appearance > Install plugins and activate all in the list.

    After that activate plugins

    I have only the plugins related to the Theme activated as per your steps and still the images for instagram does not appear for the right instagram profile as in the attachements

    Hello,

    1. Deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme.

    2. Uptade your theme.

    I have updated the Theme .. and instegram still doensn’t show up in the home page …

    Hello,

    as in the screen shot, i need to create groups of images from instagram on a page by Hashtag, so every group will show up the images with hashtag, or with the images that i select manually to appear.

    For instance instagram section for Gifts for graduation, and another for birthday …
    I don’t see an option to do that .. while i see you already created element with this title “Instegram photos with Hashtage” .. could you please clarify how to do that please?

    Hello,

    Instagram element just displays the images of your account in the grid or slider, this element does not have the option to show the certain set of images by hashtag.
