yixin2017ParticipantHi,
I purchased a new ticket again.
I went to Appearance → Widgets, and an error message appeared as shown in the image. When I disabled Woodmart Core, the error message disappeared, but when I enabled it again, the error message reappeared.Later, I deleted and reinstalled Woodmart Core, but the issue was still not resolved.
Please help me resolve this problem. Thank you.

Try to install the Classic Widgets plugin to fix this problem: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

yixin2017ParticipantHi,
There are no errors now, but I am unable to make any changes.
Best Regards,March 7, 2025 at 7:10 am #643681Hello,
Sometimes, low PHP settings can cause issues with saving widgets. Increase these in your hosting settings or contact your hosting provider:
- PHP max input vars: 10000 or more
- PHP memory limit: 256MB or more
If the issue persists, deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and test again. If the issue still persists, share the Valid WP login details so I can further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

yixin2017ParticipantHi,
Please try this.March 15, 2025 at 2:49 pm #646111Hello,
The widgets are working fine on your site.
For your clarification, I have added the product categories widget in the shop page widget area and it is showing fine on the shop page. Check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache and check the issue.
Navigate to Appearance > Widgets in your WordPress dashboard, then drag and drop widgets from the “Available Widgets” section to the desired sidebar or widget area.
Best Regards,
