Optimale image resize sizes

Dear Team!
We use your woodmart theme with default skink.
Could you help me what is your optimal images size’s?
(Example the product image is 600X700pixel) and please help me with the optimal resized sizes.
What i have to use in options -> media -> thumbnail/medium/big size?
(And i think after this i have to run the thumbnail regenerating plugin…)

Hello,
There is no optimal size. The image size depends on your needs and purpose. I would recommend to optimize images and upload them in one and the equal size.
In addition, you can set the rules for images here: Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Image.
Upload bigger optimized images and setting would customize as per your needs.
