Cant fix header bikes overlap

Hello! I’ve been trying for some time to make the header fixed, but I can’t succeed. It’s missing on some pages, it only appears when I scroll down, and on others it disappears after scrolling down and reappears when scrolling up.
I set it, I think, correctly even in the page states and it still doesn’t stay fixed.
Any suggestions?

Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > edit default header (highlighted star icon) or you can go through admin bar directly https://prnt.sc/Ct9ehRDvvDV9.
Click on the Settings button > Sticky header tab and turn on Hide when scrolling down option https://prnt.sc/X86FZPq_7wlI

Thanks for the reply, but as I said initially the settings, and especially this setting: “Sticky header tab and turn on Hide when scrolling down” has been done, however the header is not fixed, it disappears and appears when I scroll.

Thanks for details.
I checked the header settings and you did not disable Hide when scrolling down option option. I turned it off and the header is now showing while scrolling down.
