ignas.bspParticipantHello,
I have encountered an issue that prevents us from working. When trying to edit a product using Elementor, it freezes. Everything is updated to the latest versions. I tried disabling plugins, but the error still appears.

March 10, 2025 at 10:13 am #644338Hello,
Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page BuilderThank you in advance.

ignas.bspParticipantHello,
After creating a staging version of the website via Plesk, I noticed that the issue does not occur on the staging site—everything works fine there, and Elementor loads without issues.
Could you please help us understand what might be causing this issue on the live site? Have you encountered a similar issue before?
Since the staging site was copied from the live site, it suggests that something specific to the live environment might be causing the problem. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!
Best regards,
March 19, 2025 at 10:11 am #647057Hello,
We need to check your website without a plugin to identify the problem. Otherwise, we can’t say what is wrong.
Kind Regards

ignas.bspParticipantWould it be possible to agree on a specific time when I could prepare the live website for you with the plugins disabled? During that time, customers won’t be able to make purchases, and the website won’t function properly, which will also negatively impact Google SEO. I can’t just disable the live website for an indefinite period, so could we arrange a suitable time for this?
Or maybe there is another solution? For example, using Site Health – Troubleshooting mode to disable plugins, so you could check the issue while the live website continues to function properly.
March 19, 2025 at 3:17 pm #647222Please send us your admin access so we can check the error first without deactivating the plugin.

ignas.bspParticipantOk, thank you!

ignas.bspParticipantCurrently, all versions are not fully updated because I rolled back. Before that, I had updated to the latest versions, but the same issue still occurred.
March 20, 2025 at 10:45 am #647484Currently, we don’t see any problems on this website. https://monosnap.com/file/DvTC5fXDJ7M7yvOPvHmwv4JsPi2nC2
Could you please clarify how to reproduce it? -
