Products in product carousel are not showing for the second language with WPML

    Hi guys,
    we have two languages EN and FR for our website. The main language is FR and we have 6000+ products in FR and none in EN.
    When browsing the shop page etc while on EN website, then all the products are showing everywhere, it falls back to original products which it FR.
    However when adding product carousel with some product category, then the products are not showing at all for EN, they only are visible when browsing FR website.
    We have tried checking this with WPML support and they are not eager to help unfortunately.
    Is there any way to fix this please?
    We did have all products translated to EN and then all the products in product carousels are showing, however this slows website down and we want to keep the products in 1 language FR.

    actually you can just go to this website in private area and check on homepage, just switch languages.

    the credentials are correct, i have tried several times now myself.
    in private area you have a link to connect without password
