I’m getting the error below:
Uncaught TypeError: owl.owlCarousel is not a function
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> ((index):2508)
at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
at Function.ready (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
at HTMLDocument.K (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
Please advise.

Can you try to login with Cyberduck instead? They have for windows. Please advise on this how I can chat with you for faster resolution.
We don’t have an ability to use Cyberduck. Please, ask your hosting provider to give us right credentials for FileZilla.
And please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme.

Created new FTP account for you. Please check and let me know if you managed to check.
Did you disable all external plugins as we asked?
Please, contact your hosting provider for help. It seems to be some country restriction.
