YouTube thumbnails are not appearing in the videos added to the product gallery

The video uploaded to our YouTube channel was classified as a Short because it is a short video. After reading the articles on the WoodMart forum, I was able to add the video correctly using the “https://youtu.be/” URL format. However, on the product page, the play button appears over the product image gallery instead of showing the YouTube preview thumbnail. Could you please fix this?
Additionally, I am attaching the most suitable settings for vertical Shorts videos. When these settings are applied, the video does not appear as a full container in the gallery section. All information has been provided in the private field.
Please make the product gallery video section more functional with specific settings for both Shorts and regular videos. The current setup does not work for Shorts videos. Additionally, when we try to resolve the issue using WooCommerce product video plugins, many of them are incompatible with your theme due to conflicts.
Also: In the video gallery, it appears first. I want it to appear in the second position.

Sorry, this is not possible to add the product video and show it as thumbnails next to the product images thumbnails. In the product video settings, choose the video size and configure the other available options: https://ibb.co/0RF6LPbb
You can move the video to the second position in the product gallery by following these steps:
Navigate to Theme Settings > Single Product > Gallery and enable the “Main carousel with video” option. Inside the product page, add the video as the second gallery image.

All videos on YouTube are uploaded in a horizontal orientation. Therefore, in your case, it would be better to upload the video to YouTube Shorts or add “shorts/” to the URL. For ex.: https://youtube.com/shorts/

After adding the video, did you check it from both the web and mobile? It looks like there’s no video, just a dark image.
I accessed the video, but this usage is not ideal for us. Some features do not work properly after the video is added. The local player information needs to be visible. In other words, we want it to function with the following features:
– The video should start automatically.
– The local player features should be visible (YouTube play/pause button, resolution settings).

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Autoplay videos in browsers are always muted by default. However, you can control the audio manually.
To enable sound by default, please set the Video Display Type to “Native Player” https://ibb.co/DPR6cNp4 in your product settings. This will allow you to unmute the video directly in the player when viewing the product.

Can’t you develop a solution for automatic audio playback without setting the video viewing type to ‘Local Player’? This is a really important issue. Video resolutions appear the best in ‘Local Player’ mode, but when this mode is selected, the sound is muted. Can’t a solution be found for this?
