Wait list – can I import users / How do I see users / Stats / edit message

    Hi
    I currently have a plug-in for my wait list but I know that this has now been incorporated to the theme. I want to switch over to reduce the number of plug-ins

    1. Can I import the lists from my old plugin? I can export from the old plugin, but I see no way to import.
    2. The plug in lets you see how many customers are on each waitlist – I don’t see a way of accessing any lists on the theme wait list . What if a customer wants to come off a list – how is that managed?
    3. Can you edit the message that is displayed and the email that is sent? I don’t even know what is sent – there is no way to send a test to see what the message actually says.
    4. When a email is sent, is the list emptied?

    The free plug in I use is Waitlist Woocommerce ( Back in stock notifier)

    1. Unfortunately, there is no way to import info from another plugin.

    So what do I do with customers that I already have on many lists – we sell a seasonal product and already have lists for next season. It would take hours to manually change them over. Is there any way to do this automatically?

    I don’t get emails when I reply comes in – is there a way of getting an email? I don’t see that anywhere.

    Do you mean that the email from Waitlist does not come?

    As we can see, there are some issues with your mail server. Can you try to change your account email and test if you get our replies or other emails from our website?
