first row product pictures disappeared in /shop

    Since updating from Basel 3.9.2 —> 4.1.2 in the first row of the /shop overview 2 of the 4 pictures disappeared to the second row. Now only two pictures are in the first row. If I switch to a certain category, there are still 4 pictures in the first row and everything is fine.

    How can I get the old overview with 4 pictures in every row?

    Hello,

    WP Bakery Page Builder has released the update in the result script conflict has occurred. Now we have fixed the issue. You need to update the plugin:

    1. Upload the recent version of the theme from Themeforest account.

    2. Upload the plugin archive from theme/inc/plugins via Plugin > Add new > Upload

    Thank you. I already uploaded the recent version of the Them (4.1.2). But it seems there is version 5.5 of WPBakery included and not the latest (5.5.1).

    Yes there is a Notifikation that 5.5.1 is available. 5.5 is installiert.

    Make sure you have uploaded the recent version of the theme. The recent version contains 5.5.1 WP Bakery Page builder.

    I just updated to basel 4.2 and WPBakery 5.5.2 but the the problem hasnt changed. Are there any other ideas?
