Product Image Has Disappeared

Hi there,
I’ve just updated to the new Basel theme (4.2) and currently I’m running on a child theme.
I’m not sure whether this problem happened before the update but it’s a pretty serious one and I cant be sure – Once I’ve clicked on a product the product image doesnt appear. You can see the product image in the product grid but once it’s clicked on it doesnt appear.
This is the case for all of my products so it’s serious and i cant work out how to fix it.

update: I’ve activated the parent basel theme and the product images show…
Do I need to update my child theme or something?
Hi,
If it works with parent theme, then there is some extra code added to the child theme by you or your developer that cause this problem. By default, our child theme is empty and can’t break this.

If you don’t know what code did you add, just reinstall the child theme with the one downloaded from themeforest.

as in there was no child theme file included in the recent basel download file.
You need to download the full package (not only installable file) and find basel-child.zip there.
I have. There isnt a basel-child.zip in there
Afraid the new child theme has the same problem.

Try to clear your browser cache and check again.
Hi, I’ve reinstalled the parent basel theme and it’s started working. There was something I had done recently to the child theme that was messing a load of things up. So I had to revert to an old back-up, losing a load of new work but fixed the problem once I re-uploaded the new basel theme..
