bus.powerParticipantHi there,
I’m facing a issue with “Facebook for Woocommerce” plugin and Woodmart theme.
My issue is with triggering all regular pixel events, ecept PageView event.Tested with Chrome and Meta Pixel Helper.
Disabled all plugins one by one but no conflicts with plugins.
Activated Storefront and all events appeared, when return to woodmart only PageView is triggered.Found this topic:
https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/ajax-add-to-cart-is-not-triggering-facebook-addtocart-pixel/
And when disable ajax add to cart events AddToCart and Purchase are triggered. Is there some tip or trick for View content and Initiate checkout events to be triggered?

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue with the “Facebook for WooCommerce” plugin and the WoodMart theme. It seems that the problem is related to our custom AJAX add to cart feature, which is affecting the pixel events other than PageView.
As you have identified, disabling the AJAX add to cart allows the other events like AddToCart and Purchase to be triggered properly. Unfortunately, we don’t have a current workaround for ensuring the ViewContent and InitiateCheckout events are triggered with our AJAX add to cart enabled. For these events, you might want to consider either keeping the AJAX feature disabled or contacting the developers of the “Facebook for WooCommerce” plugin for further assistance, as they might have a solution or recommendation for compatibility with AJAX functionalities.
Regards

bus.powerParticipantHello,
Thanks for reply.“…ViewContent and InitiateCheckout events are triggered with our AJAX add to cart enabled…”
In my case AJAX add to cart is Disabled but View content and Initiate checkout continue not triggering.
Do you have an idea is there something else I have to do or disable? Thanks

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Try to disable the custom layout for your single product page temporarily and test how it works. You can do this in WoodMart -> Layouts.
Kind Regards

bus.powerParticipantThanks, unfortunately that doesn’t work either.
I made some strange symbiosis between “Facebook for Wooocommerce”, “Meta Pixel” and “Pixel Manager”.
For now all Pixel events are triggered, let’s see how long. 🙂Thanks
