    Subject: Product Page Display Issue After Installing the Theme

    Hello,

    I tried installing your theme and everything went smoothly. However, when I visit a product page, the layout appears broken.

    Additionally, I’m facing another issue: although I installed the theme, the default “Page” template never appeared. I really need several of the pages that are supposed to come with the theme, especially from the specific menu.

    Is it possible that I missed a step during the installation, or did I do something wrong?

    I’m attaching a screenshot so you can see exactly what I mean.

    Could you please let me know why this is happening and how I can fix it?

    1. wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)
    2. FTP info (server, username, password, port)

    also, We have created a product where the user can design their own umbrella. After installing the new theme, the option filters appear correctly, but the configured product or its live preview is not showing.

    Please check if there is a compatibility issue with the theme or if we need to add any shortcode or component to display the product preview properly.

    It caused by Elementor Pro plugin. I deactivated it, and the product is now showing properly again. If you want to build custom products layout, I kindly recommend you to use Custom Product layout, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builder.
