Used the category carousel on the shop archive page, where category thumbnails were showed with product count in bottom, It works on main page but not on the archive page. Tried to change it on elementor editor, preview worked fine but publishing didn’t “publish it”, now I tried to change the page on elementor editor again, and can’t find the elementor page for product archive page anymore. Only the single product editor is showing.

Also how can I identify the texts that I need to translate, one is on single product page, “Add to compare” button, that I can’t seem to find in woodmart theme language file.

    Hello,

    01. Try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder, you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart, and Checkouts. You can use that to create your own custom layouts for Archive pages and use the product categories widget in the layout.

Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

    02. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Woodmart >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

Found the place where I could change the archive layout but still the category carousel doesn’t show on shop page after publishing. It shows on the preview but not in the actual live shop page, or do I have changed somewhere something that the layout I edit, isn’t the actual shop page?

Somehow now my shop page is messed up for non-logged in users, as admin, everything seems to be fine. For the logged out clients all the categories on carousel are vertical and send to one same page. Also the shop filter is not in the sidebar when user is not logged in.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution. Also, switch the child theme to the parent theme and check the issue after completely clearing the browser cache and server cache.

Found out that the some WP rocket plugin settings were causing this.
