How to reduce the size of the image attachments

    i have upload product image , the image all size from 40 to 70 kb
    but when i cheak my website loading speed many image ware become 200-300kb, one home page size up to 2.8M
    I want to know How to reduce the size of the image attachments

    when i set woocomcere product image 430 px like demo site and home page size reduce from 2.7M to 1.7M

    Thumbnail Sizes
    These are all of the thumbnail sizes that are currently registered:

    thumbnail: 0×0 pixels (proportionally resized to fit inside dimensions)
    medium: 0×0 pixels (proportionally resized to fit inside dimensions)
    medium_large: 0×0 pixels (proportionally resized to fit inside dimensions)
    large: 0×0 pixels (proportionally resized to fit inside dimensions)
    woodmart_shop_catalog_x2: 860×0 pixels (proportionally resized to fit inside dimensions)
    woocommerce_thumbnail: 430×0 pixels (proportionally resized to fit inside dimensions)
    woocommerce_single: 1200×0 pixels (proportionally resized to fit inside dimensions)
    woocommerce_gallery_thumbnail: 100×100 pixels (cropped to fit)
    shop_catalog: 430×0 pixels (proportionally resized to fit inside dimensions)
    shop_single: 1200×0 pixels (proportionally resized to fit inside dimensions)
    shop_thumbnail: 100×100 pixels (cropped to fit)

    it works well ,but when i upload image 42kb (800×800) it was became 140kb (600×600)

    I have checked the product where you have uploaded the image: I see these:

    Please advise what steps should I take to reproduce the problem, provide, also, the screens where you see 140kb (600×600)

    Hello,

    Please delete this image and upload again under another file name, if it does not help, try to regenerate the image with Regenerate Thumbnails plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

    finally i install this plug “Compress JPEG & PNG images ”
    all new upload image saved with small size
