Approve user registration does not work?

    I am experiencing an issue with user registration on my WooCommerce website using the Woodmart theme. The registration process works fine, and the account is created. However, after approving the registration request via the “New User Approve” plugin, the user is unable to log in because the password does not match the registered email.

    I have tried disabling the “New User Approve” plugin, but the issue persists. Users still cannot log in with their registered credentials.

    Could you please assist in troubleshooting this issue?

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Hello,

    It means that the issue is related to WooCommerce as the Registration functionality is related to WooCommerce and our theme cannot influence it. In this case, I suggest you contact WooCommerce support team for further solutions.
