    Because the category image should decide from the product images

    Choose Product Categories element. Seems you are trying to display categories by means of images with links.

    Here are variants of the category design available http://prntscr.com/k2h96a

    If you want to use the single image it has this setting http://prntscr.com/k2h9l0 you can configure as per your needs.
