Hello,
It seems the custom layout for archive pages is enabled. If so, please go to Layouts and edit product layouts and you can use Archive description to display categories’ descriptions

i went to display categories’ descriptions in categories page. How can i do it

To display category descriptions on your categories page, please follow these steps:
Navigate to Products > Categories in your WordPress dashboard, then click Edit on each category where you’d like to add a description. You can enter your description in the “Description” field and save the changes.

Already added description in the description field But it doesn’t show on the category page front end.
