9skiesParticipantHello,
- I have a problem with translating the header.
- All the string translations available have been done so far.
- It is showing the same header for all the visible pages I monitored with an exception.
For a “single product page” layout it switches from the default “Main Header” to the theme’s “default header layout” for the main language of the website.
The “default header layout” cannot be deleted.
Could you please take a look and let me know what’s going on?
Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Here was the wrong translation – https://prnt.sc/gZ7hsBh_a-hD , now I have set the default header.
Now, clear the cache and recheck the issue.
Kind Regards

9skiesParticipantHello Luke,
Thank you for the fix. I thought I set the same translation for that parameter.
Could you please provide a few more details, so I don’t bother you in future. Should it be left untranslated, or should it be the same text for the translation?
Thank you in advance,
Best RegardsMay 26, 2025 at 3:45 am #663106
9skiesParticipantHi,
right now, I am having a similar issue with the Main (home) page. The English version is showing a right sidebar. I need to understand the principle, not to bother you with similar requests in future.
Could you please provide some more details on “wrong translation”?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
On your end, the header here – https://prnt.sc/gZ7hsBh_a-hD had the translation in another language, but as you see the original translation is the ID of the header – https://prnt.sc/HLWI8ZmMmqyI so the translated value should be ID as well. For instance, if you want to have another header in the translated language, then you need to create another header via WoodMart -> Header builder and set the ID of that header as a translation here – https://prnt.sc/IxZ9dMhnJ1k1
Here is our article with more details – https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-make-woodmart-multilingual-with-wpml/ , please check it.

9skiesParticipantHello,
thank you for your reply. Now I am having an issue with translating all non-woocommerce pages. Once I change the name and the slug to Georgian, then translate it to English from Georgian, I am getting a right sidebar visible on the English version (main is Georgian). Attaching screenshots from Home page and Promotions page.
Could you please advise how to address that?
Thanks!

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
For the translated page disable the sidebar here – https://prnt.sc/t7ZqCoXoMBXL
Then check how it works and let me know.
Kind Regards
