Can't access theme settings

    Hi there,
    i’ve new WP installation with BASEL Theme.
    But I can’t access the the settings.
    A WordPress error message appears, that I don’t have sufficient right.
    I use a german version therefore I don’t the exact wording.
    German is: “Du bist leider nicht berechtigt, auf diese Seite zuzugreifen.”

    Problem solved!
    I forgot to activate Plugins …
    Sorry! Need more sleep …
