changed menu for products in second language

Hi
I have wpml plugin and 2 languages in my site.
after latest patches in theme Header Menu in second language disabled and changed to woodmart default header, however I delete the default woodmart header, but still show the woodmart header.
is this a bug for multilingual settings in theme or patch and why this happen?
why I must see the woodmart logo by default in my site when I bought theme and must clear every woodmart footprint in my site?

Either create another header for the RTL language and set it as a translated header via the String translation or set the header you use for the English – https://prnt.sc/gZ7hsBh_a-hD

also didn’t work.
before latest patch, everything was ok and worked properly and for both languages the header shows correctly but recently header menu in Persian was changed to default header and this happens only in single product pages, in other pages like: Home Page, Products Archives and … everything is ok just in single product pages menu changed to default. also I don’t have a specific layout for single products and default woocommerce layout used.
