theme causing the website load slow despite using a best cloud server

    Hello team,
    Please request that you consider that the website is loading very slowly, taking longer than required, so I went through all the settings and files of my server, and also had multiple discussions with server support. and I also tried going to see every part of CDN. This also looks fine. Finally last option I deactivated the WoodMart theme and installed another, and I ended up here for your support, as the theme is causing the website to load slowly.

    It is also giving one more error while sending the test email from Woo-Commerce that says “the response is not a valid JSON response,” and after activating another theme instead of WoodMart, it works fine and sends the emails very well

    i will be looking forward to your replay soon back related to a best solution regarding this subject of topic of issue or error

    Hello,

    1. Send me access to the admin panel so I can check that issue. Also, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme for testing.

    2. Send me a screenshot of that issue (the response is not a valid JSON response).

    Yeah, sure, I can do this. I will even do it.
    Apologies to you for this, since you have already got access to my website, you can surely do it yourself with every try and error that helps us find the root problem with the website, and we solve it. Then we will come to a conclusion for the better of the website as required by our solution.

    There is no where I can see this option available in Woo-commerce – setting, could you please guide me through each step to find it and enable it.

    And yet I am unable to receive any solution or any comments on the topic of the website getting slow, caused by Woodmart. I have already mentioned this from the beginning of the topic, this was a core reason why I had raised the topic for this.
