Thanks for this very nice theme (best I have come across).
Does anyone know how I can modify the style of the vertical sidebar of the Categories Menu?

Could you please specify what exactly do you want to customize in that menu? And send us your website link so we can check it. In general, you can edit your menus in Appearance -> Menus.

I am trying to change styling of the buttons of each category (eg. Furniture, Cooking etc…)
Also, to change the BROWSE CATEGORIES menu title to something else.
While we’re at it, can I also ask if it’s possible to add another element (like a full-width horizontal bar) between the Main Header and the Header bottom in the Header builder?

You can manage your categories menu items in Appearance -> Menus. As for the text, you can translate all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Unfortunately, there are only three rows in the header, and there is no option to insert one more row there.
