owernet513ParticipantHello,
I hate to open new threads, and more when there are already several talking about the same thing. I tried to solve my problem with several settings what I read. But I have had no luck.Site: https://wd.cloud.di-seo.com/
I tried to activate infinite scroll in
https://wd.cloud.di-seo.com/es/gafas/mujer/I see that the AJAX request
https://wd.cloud.di-seo.com/es/gafas/mujer/page/2/?loop=48&woo_ajax=1
It is correct, code 200.
But the productsLoadMore.min.js file is giving an “AJAX ERROR”.I disabled cache, updated all plugins, etc….
In the theme configuration “AJAX shop” I disabled it. I tried in Product GRID to change the pagination types but I had no luck with the infinite scroll.I do not know if you can give me a hand with it, but I have not managed to find the conflict.
The problem is in the customization of the page with Elementor PRO, but I don’t know how to proceed to make it work.Thank you very much.
Sincerely,June 17, 2025 at 6:52 am #667837
Hung PhamKeymasterHi owernet513,
Thanks for reaching to us.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi owernet513,
Thanks for new password, it worked.
I checked your site and figured out that you built custom products layouts via Elementor Pro. I kindly recommend you to use Custom Product layout, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builder, then you can place elements or widgets you want.
Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
I keep Elementor Pro activated and moved to few layouts to the Trash, you can restore these.
Kind Regards,
Hung PD -
