In shop page tabs are cannot be changed to accordion
Page title in shop page and the category page background image not apply and page title in theme settings not working

You are using custom layouts for a single product page, which is built with the WoodMart WooCommerce builder. Navigate to Layouts > select Product tabs widget > and change the layout https://ibb.co/4ZZQLhYr
It also applies for product archive layouts.

Thank you.
Please go to Theme Settings > Shop > Page title and enable Page title option.
Also please navigate to Layouts > Layouts > edit the Product archive layout and remove Page title widget.
