You can disable filters area in Theme Settings, enable sidebar instead, and put your filters widgets to the shop page sidebar in Appearance -> Widgets.

Yes, you need to add your widgets to the Shop page widget area.

You can change this secondary color in Theme Settings -> Styles & Colors.

Try to change the Secondary color option there. It should handle this color.

2/ Go to Dashboard > HTML blocks and create a template for each brand, insert ID in each brand accordingly http://prntscr.com/j93l88 if you want to show Brand information on a product page
