Issue with Checkout Not Redirecting to Order Confirmation Page

I’ve recently installed the official version of the WoodMart theme, and everything is working well except for one critical issue.
When a customer completes the checkout process — including entering all payment details and submitting the order — they are not redirected to the “Order Received” or “Thank You” page. Instead, the page either reloads or stays stuck without confirming the purchase, even though the payment is processed correctly.
Can you help me understand why this is happening?
I’m using WooCommerce with [insert payment gateway here — e.g., Stripe, EuPago, etc.], and this issue only started after setting up the theme.Thanks in advance for your support.

I see your screenshot, but I did multiple tests by applying the coupon “teste” to avoid spending so much in real-life tests, and the payment is successful, but the “thank you” page never appears. It always reloads to the checkout page… Please check again. Maybe it is a more difficult problem to solve.
test outside of the wordpress as a normal cliente would do. use the coupon “teste2” it will be 100% discount.

miguel.amaroParticipantOk, I did the test with the coupon “teste2,” and it worked fine. The problem is always when you put in your bank details, you actually have to spend money on the website. In this case, the “thank you” page never appears, although the payment is successful.
So, in my opinion, the problem is always when you have to put in your card details to do the payment. For some reason the payment is successful, but the “thank you” page does not appear.
Could you try to fix this? Thank you in advance.

miguel.amaroParticipantHello, I just tried to make a purchase with a default WordPress theme, TwentyTwenty-Three, and the process worked totally fine. The payment was successful, and the thank you page appears, so it’s clearly a problem with the theme Woodmart.
Please help me fix this since this is delaying the launch of the website. Thank you in advance.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you..
If the issue persists, please provide us with dummy bank card details in the private area so we can perform a live transaction test directly on your site. This will help us further investigate and identify what might be preventing the proper redirect to the thank you page.

miguel.amaroParticipantHello, so I deactivated all plugins, maintaining only 3—WooCommerce, WooPayments, and Woodmart Core—and the problem remains… I changed the theme, and with only these 3 plugins activated, it worked—the payment was successful, and the thank you page appeared.
So the problem is not with the plugins; it is something related to the Woodmart plugin. Please help me solve this problem; it is clearly something with the Woodmart theme. The bank details always work; I already did many tries with different cards, and the money is always paid, but with the theme Woodmart, the thank you page never appears, and with other themes, the process is ok.
Can you please confirm where to securely share the dummy card details (e.g. via your ticket system or private area)?

I’m sorry, but the account details you provided are resulting in an error after placing an order: “Your card was declined for making repeated attempts too frequently or exceeding its amount limit.”
Kindly provide alternative details so I can proceed further with the process.

miguel.amaroParticipantHello, you have to apply the coupon “teste” so that it gives a 99% discount and therefore makes more payment tests with this card.
Do it in the product “Comfort Foam” in the size 90×200. I have created a new card with some money you can spend on tests. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.

Your issue has been resolved. The problem was caused by a custom JS code added in Theme Settings > Custom JS. I’ve commented out the code, and the Thank You page is now displaying correctly with card payment.
