    I figured out how to fix the menu issue.
    But can you tell me how I can make the logo a bit larger?

    Hello,

    You are able to adjust logo image size in Theme Settings -> Header -> Logo.

    I move that slider to the right but the size does not adjust

    Try to increase header height also in Theme Settings -> Header -> Header layout.
