“Select options” button not translated

    Hi there,

    I’m using the Woodmart theme with WooCommerce and have translated everything using Loco Translate — including the theme, WooCommerce, and Woodmart Core. The entire site is now translated correctly except for the “Select options” button on variable products.

    Here’s what I’ve already tried:

    Found and translated “Select options” in Loco Translate (in both the theme and WooCommerce)

    Synced all translation files

    Cleared all caches (including theme cache and any plugin caches)

    Regenerated .mo and .po files

    Checked child theme and parent theme for overrides

    Still, the button keeps showing “Select options” in English.

    How can I force this button to use my translation? Is this string hardcoded or coming from a different source than expected?

    Hello,

    Please use the Loco Translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin, please navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Woodmart >> Edit the translation that you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

    Also, please navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Woocommerce >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

    1. Custom (recommended)
    2. This is Loco’s protected folder under “wp-content/languages/loco/” which is safe from automatic updates and provides priority over the above locations.

    If this folder doesn’t exist, you may need to create it and ensure it has the correct permissions.

    Thanks for answering, i noticed another weird thing. On certain product categories the “Select options” button is translated as it should be.

    Any idea how that can be?
