Cant update theme

    Hi, i´m having trouble updating woodmart theme since the 2.6, the error is the PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10). How can i fix it?

    Hi,

    Try to do the following:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Try to update the theme.

    i tried but the error persists, i get the same error message.

    We just performed these steps on your website and it was updated well.
