Hello,
In order to translate “Add to wishlist” navigate to Wishlist plugin settings and translate http://prntscr.com/k74vmy
Navigate to Loco > Plugins > Woocommerce to translate “Add to cart” Please note this phrase is used not in one place so you need to find the proper one.
