jehiParticipantHello,
I’ve tested dozens of themes and I always come back to Woodmart, because it’s simply the best for e-commerce.
Unfortunately, there’s a recurring bug in the store display, which appears and disappears randomly and is, inevitably, exasperating…
I changed the PHP values recommended by Woodmart and disabled all plugins to see where the problem was coming from, but nothing worked.
Why isn’t the store displaying correctly and permanently on the site?
I should add that I’m not using a cache until I’ve finished the site…
Thank you for your urgent response.August 11, 2025 at 9:53 am #679060

Could you please send us some screenshots of the problems? This will help me analyze the problem and provide you with the best possible solution. Now I have checked your site, and it is in maintenance mode.
Also, share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.

jehiParticipantHello,
Sorry, I forgot about maintenance…
I created an admin account, the details of which you will find below, but of course, the store display is completely random and may disappear or reappear overnight. I will take a screenshot as soon as possible…
Thank you for your prompt response.August 12, 2025 at 12:55 pm #679493
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have checked your site and the shop page is displaying fine at the moment.
However, I noticed that you are editing the shop page directly with WPBakery and adding custom content instead of using the default shop layout. This can sometimes cause display issues, as it may override the standard WooCommerce shop loop.
If you experience the problem again, please try clearing the server cache and site cache, and check again. For a more stable display, we recommend using the theme’s default shop/archive layout settings instead of editing the shop page directly. With WP Bakery.
Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

jehiParticipantHello,
Everything seems to be working normally now. Thank you very much for your help.
One last question: I’m going to install a forum on my site (WPForo seems to be the best fit). Is it better to install it on the original site or create a subdomain? And in that case, is the Woodmart license still valid?
Thank you in advance.August 13, 2025 at 9:20 am #679751
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Glad it’s all working now!
If you add WPForo to your main site, you can keep using your current Woodmart license.
If you put it on a subdomain with a separate WordPress install. You can go to WoodMart > Theme license and check the Development domain option before submitting the form.

jehiParticipantHello,
Thank you for the information about the subdomain…
But today, when I visited the site again, the store had disappeared! Maybe it will reappear tomorrow…
So it has nothing to do with the default Woocommerce layout. I’m seriously starting to despair…

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have checked your site, and the shop page is showing fine, but it seems this might be related to caching or a temporary server-side issue.
Please try the following steps to see if the store reappears:
1. Clear your site and browser cache.
2. Check the site in a private/incognito window.
3. If you’re using any CDN (like Cloudflare), clear its cache as well.If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

jehiParticipantHello,
Today, the products in my store are no longer displaying!
1. I cleared my Brave browser cache.
2. I checked the site in a private window.
3. I am not using a CDN or any cache until the site is complete.
Attached are screenshots taken on Brave and Firefox.
Do you have any suggestions on how to permanently fix this problem?
Thank you in advance.Attachments:

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have tested your site on Chrome, Edge, and Brave browsers, and it is displaying correctly on all of them.
See video for clarification:

jehiParticipantOK, if I understand correctly, you think the video I sent you is fake? And no doubt you think the problem of products randomly disappearing from stores is just a figment of my imagination? What’s more, you probably think this is all I have to do? OK, forget it!
August 16, 2025 at 8:43 am #680644
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I understand your concern, and I want to assure you that I didn’t mean to dismiss the issue at all. I truly appreciate you taking the time to record and share the video—it’s very helpful for us to see the problem from your side.
From your video, I can see that the issue does indeed persist on your end. Since it’s not replicating across all browsers and devices during my initial test, it may be related to specific conditions such as browser extensions, caching, or server-side settings.
Best Regards
