In order to disable this functionality, navigate to Plugins, find and disable the plugins.
If you want to translate, you can translate all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3

1. How to change the content displayed in the popup? Are these HTML blocks? And if so, which? Or is that a plugin function? And if so, which plugin?
2. How to remove and disable this link?

1. Check the popup content http://prntscr.com/k7v61x (it is just a sample) you see ID of HTML block, then navigate to HTML block, find it by ID and edit as you edit any page or post created in WP Bakery page builder http://prntscr.com/k7v6mr
2. Please navigate to Theme Settings > Product page and disable Size guide http://prntscr.com/k7v75y
