EntreDosParticipantHi, so far I had to remove it, when I insert the product reviews widget in the product layout, it is impossible to access the product in the frontend, it keeps thinking and does not access.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check and give you a possible solution.

EntreDosParticipantOk thanks, I’ll do it this afternoon and in case I have to deactivate them I’ll do it at night so you can check it without having to close the web in busy hours.
The strange thing is that in the .it works and in the other two domains it doesn’t, I’ll check it.

EntreDosParticipantHi Aizaz, sorry I couldn’t make it until this afternoon.
I have deactivated all plugins except Woodmart Core, Woo and Elementor, I also tried with the parent theme and the product still didn’t load.
I had to activate everything again until you are available, I have taken a screenshot of the Google console with the errors that came out in the google console when trying to load the product, maybe it will help you, I the truth that is not my specialty.

EntreDosParticipantHi, what did you do to get that screen, deactivate plugins? Test loading a product with the reviews widget on?
I see that the elementor product template is deactivated and with the default design of the theme it doesn’t load either, tell me if you can activate the template.
The php runtime is at 360, a value more than enough, the problem is that it does not load the product with the widget inserted.

For testing this issue, please try to create a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins, thus such changes will affect the main site. Also, share the WP login details of the staging site so I can further check on your staging site and troubleshoot the issue.

Since you mentioned that manually removing the reviews widget and products are not loading, please try adding the product reviews widget again to the layout. Also, I recommend clearing your browser cache or checking the site in incognito mode / another browser to confirm if the issue persists.

EntreDosParticipantHi yes, yesterday before deleting the opinion module, I kept all plugins deactivated, cleared cache and tried incognito mode in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Firefox Developer, and cleared elementor cache too, it didn’t work.
I just tried again, doing the same and clearing litespeed cache and even doing a Flush from Cpanal and it didn’t work either 🙁
I don’t understand why it works for you and not for us, it doesn’t make sense.

I noticed that there are several plugins currently active on your site. To properly identify the root cause of the issue, I recommend either creating a backup of your site or providing me access to a staging site. With your permission, I will carefully deactivate the plugins one by one.
Before deactivating, I will record a video of your site showing the current state, and after deactivating the plugins, I will record another video to demonstrate the results. This way, we can clearly confirm if the issue is caused by a third-party plugin.
Once I identify the specific plugin causing the problem, I will share the plugin name along with both videos for your reference.
