    Hi,

    We’ve contacted your support team several times regarding the same issue. We want to remove several blocks from the category, subcategory, product, and Coming Soon pages. We received a process to disable these blocks, which we followed, but unfortunately they still appear.

    What should we do, since your process hasn’t resolved our issue?!

    This content is coming from the sidebar widget area.

    *) If you want to remove it globally, please go to Appearance > Widgets and remove the widgets from the Main Widget Area.

    *) If you only want to remove the sidebar on a specific page, go to Pages > Edit the page, scroll down to the page settings at the bottom, and set the Sidebar option to “Without”. https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/options-for-pages/
