Header Banner Maintenace Mode

The header banner does not appear when the site is in maintenance mode.
We are developing a new site and we would like to modify the header banner without exiting maintenance mode just for this.
Is there any way to bypass this function?

I also verified it myself. Once I closed the maintenance mode the header banner showed up.
Try to edit the file woodmart/inc/configs/specific-options.php and remove this code http://prntscr.com/k8qo9u
