Deactivate WooCommerce plugin

    Hi,
    I tried to deactivate WooCommerce plugin from the WordPress menu and it produces an error. I also did the same thing a few times when trying to update WooCommerce.
    Why is this happening?
    How can I deactivate WooCommerce without causing problems?

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
