    Hi, in a past topic I posted:

    Hi, I haven´t installed new plugins, only minor configurations through woodmart options and suddenly all my links in navigation started to give 404… my navigation links are actually my category archives… they were working before… what happened?

    Just asked chatgpt and suggested to go permalinks and just hit the save button without changing anything… this solved the issue

    – NEW –
    The thing is… one day after problem has appeared again and again chatgpt´s solution worked… but why is this happening?

    Hello,

    This issue usually occurs when the permalink structure gets temporarily reset or corrupted, which can happen after certain plugin updates, server caching, or configuration changes that flush the rewrite rules.

    When you go to the permalink and Save Changes, WordPress regenerates these rewrite rules, which is why the issue gets fixed.
