Yes, in the “Grid swatch attribute to display” option, you can select only one attribute (for example, Color) that will be used globally across your product grid.
If some of your products don’t have a Color attribute but you still want to display swatches for them, you’ll need to use a common attribute name for all products, for example, Color or Style. You can then assign the appropriate values (even if they represent something else, like size or design) under that same attribute.
This way, it will consistently detect and display swatches for all products that use this unified attribute.
